We provide fantastic first aid training in Forest School First Aid, Outdoor First Aid and Paediatric First Aid.

We offer courses to individuals and groups, delivering to businesses, schools, university groups and outdoor learning providers.

If you want to become a trainer, an assessor or conduct internal quality assurance? We have online courses for the Level 3 Award in Education and Training, Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement, Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement and the Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance.

Our portfolio based courses are delivered and assessed through the use of an online learning platform giving you flexibility to fit your learning around other commitments.

Maxine Lock

Maxine started Peritia Training in 2014 building on a passion for delivering high quality training and sharing knowledge with others.

This is where our tagline ‘Forever learning, forever sharing’ comes from.

Fun Fact:

Maxine lives full time in a van and still manages to run the business.

Jane Stephens

Jane joined the team in 2023 as a first aid trainer with Peritia Training.

With 20 years’ experience of education both in the classroom as a qualified teacher, and as an outdoor education professional, she is committed to providing high quality training tailored to the needs of the individual.

Fun Fact:

Jane regularly competes, with her dog, in outdoor Flyball competitions all over the South East.

Neil Froggitt

Neil completed his Level 3 Award in Education and Training with Peritia Training before going on to join the team as a First Aid Trainer in 2025.

Fun Fact:

When not teaching first aid Neil is a walk leader and expedition leader working throughout the UK and abroad.

Nathan Harris

Nathan also completed his Level 3 Award in Education and Training with Peritia Training.

He is currently working towards joining the team as a trainer.

Nathan is also a Bushcraft instructor and part time Viking
